Overview

As Spa Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our wellness journey, supporting the Spa Manager in leading daily operations while being on the floor to guide, coach, and inspire the team. You will ensure treatments and services are delivered flawlessly, guests feel pampered from start to finish, and every detail reflects the SLS luxury-lifestyle spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Spa Manager in supervising daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Lead by example on the floor, providing hands-on support and coaching to therapists and attendants.
  • Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest service, ensuring every guest leaves rejuvenated and inspired.
  • Monitor treatment quality, service standards, and guest feedback to uphold excellence.
  • Assist with scheduling, team rostering, and time management to balance operational needs and guest demand.
  • Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the spa facilities.
  • Support retail sales, promotions, and wellness initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members, embedding SLS service standards into daily practice.
  • Handle guest concerns or service recovery with professionalism and creativity.
  • Act as an ambassador of wellness across the property, reflecting the SLS ethos of style, luxury, and service.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years’ experience in spa or wellness operations, ideally in a supervisory role within luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills.
