About the Role

The Social Media & Communication Specialist is responsible for shaping the brand’s voice across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant communication. This role manages the day‑to‑day execution of social media content, community interactions, and internal/external communication flows to strengthen brand presence, perception, and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms tailored to both the driver community and passenger audience.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and reviews to foster engagement and address concerns for both groups.
Content Strategy
  • Create content calendars and strategies targeting drivers (e.g., tips, incentives, updates) and passengers (e.g., promotions, ride experiences, events).
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure high‑quality visuals and messaging.
  • Develop and produce Reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to highlight stories and initiatives relevant to drivers and passengers.
Video Content Creation
  • Create monthly video content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives for both drivers and passengers.
  • Collaborate with vendors or explore partnerships with agencies to manage the production of high‑quality video content.
Performance Tracking
  • Analyze social media performance metrics for campaigns targeting both drivers and passengers.
  • Generate reports on engagement, reach, and sentiment for each audience segment.
Trend Monitoring
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to create innovative campaigns for both audiences.
  • Leverage trending topics and formats that resonate with drivers and passengers, such as viral challenges or localized content.
Paid Campaigns
  • Plan Boosting Strategy and execute paid social media campaigns, ensuring appropriate targeting for drivers (e.g., recruitment, benefits) and passengers (e.g., discounts, new features).
Community Building
  • Build a sense of community among drivers by sharing success stories, testimonials, and updates on incentives or improvements.
  • Engage with passengers through user‑generated content, feedback loops, and promotional campaigns that enhance loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelors - Business & Administration (Major in marketing preferred)
  • 2–4 years in social media, communication, or digital content roles (KSA preferred).
  • Strong Arabic & English content writing skills (captioning, scripting, micro‑copy).
  • Proficiency in vertical video creation, Reels / TikTok editing, and platform optimization.
  • Experience with social tools : Meta Suite, TikTok Business, Snapchat Ads, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of KSA social trends, local humor, cultural cues, and audience behavior.
