The Skin & Laser Specialist is responsible for providing advanced skincare treatments, performing laser procedures, and ensuring exceptional patient care in a high-quality clinical environment. The specialist will assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skin and laser treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain laser devices for hair removal and skin treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct Hydrafacial procedures with full expertise in all steps, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and serum infusion.
• Perform advanced skincare procedures such as Derma Pen, Microneedling, and Carbon Facial.
• Evaluate clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans and home-care routines.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and follow-up documentation.
• Ensure proper sterilization of tools and adherence to infection‑control standards.
• Educate clients on post‑treatment care and expected results.
• Support the clinic team in achieving service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on new skincare technologies and products.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Skin Care.
• Valid classification and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands‑on experience in skincare treatments and laser device operation.
• Strong proficiency in Hydrafacial treatments across all stages.
• Skilled in advanced skincare devices including Derma Pen, Microneedling, and Carbon Facial systems.
• Preferred: Experience working with premium skincare brands such as ZO, Obagi, and Skinceuticals.
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and customer‑service etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient comfort.
