Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented GCC Site Architect to join our award‑winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Submit shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
• Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
