Job description
A Snapshot of your day

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Technical Field Advisors (TFAs) with their travel arrangements, visa extensions, local procurement, and other on-site support needs. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager throughout the project's duration. Typically, you will be the first to arrive at the project site at kickoff and the last to leave upon project completion.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Manage site-related administrative tasks, including gate passes, document control, and petty cash records.
  • Coordinate site safety inductions for SIEMENS ENERGY personnel and maintain records of safety observations, RFIs, and other documentation.
  • Handle travel logistics, including visa requirements, invitation letters, hotel bookings, car rentals, and traveler airport assistance.
  • Facilitate local purchases such as stationery, tools, consumables, and meals, while maintaining communication with suppliers.
  • Create purchase requisitions and collaborate with the Procurement Department to issue purchase orders (POs).
  • Organize meetings, maintain filing systems, and support overall site operations in coordination with project teams.
What You Bring
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Experience: 2-5 years as a site administrator with expertise in document control, filing, supplier correspondence, and local purchasing.
  • Key Skills: Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently.
  • Driving License: LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license is mandatory.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
  • Work Environment: Role based at construction sites in Nariyah, interacting with a multinational and culturally diverse workforce; Saudi nationals preferred.
