Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Siebel solutions for Telco clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Siebel CRM applications.
• Provide technical expertise in Siebel configuration, scripting, and integration.
• Work with clients to identify and resolve Siebel-related issues.

Skills

Strong Siebel CRM experience (versions 7.x, 8.x, or IP2015)

Telco domain expertise (preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East)

Experience with Siebel tools (e.g., Siebel Tools, Siebel EAI, Siebel Workflow)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
