Job description
Overview

In this role, you will develop the sales in the assigned area through efficient and effective customer service and sales management. You will be responsible for following up on operations assigned by manager.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal weekly, monthly and yearly sales target set by a predefined table according to showroom sales & employee salary.
  • Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.
  • Prepare Sales quotes & Sales orders and follow up and report any delay on the design approval phase with client and Design & technical departments, the production phase with the factory Intercasa, and the client’s payment settlement and delivery schedule.
  • Control the staff performance in Team within the assigned location to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained, fill an evaluation checklist & report feedback to showroom manager.
  • Check, support and coach sales consultants as part of continuous development and ensure the implementation of the sales techniques. In addition, orient sales team members while assisting them with clients, Sales quotes & orders when needed.
  • Take immediate decisions and fill a ticket regarding unsolved customer activities related to daily operations, and following up on them
  • Maintain sharp control over Price Tags: Forms, Size, group set tags, discounts tag, items display according to R&D and VM plans….
  • Daily review SO & sales quotes, assigned by manager and report to him regarding any non-conformity.
  • Apply all sales transfers and make sure sold items are reserved on system.
  • Follows up on deliveries to make sure Sales Orders are delivered on time.
  • Make sure that the showroom is well maintained and cleaned at all times; and report through an internal ticket & follow up with the concerned department in case any maintenance is required.
  • Ensure that the staff are always presentable and maintain a high level of hygiene as they represent the company.
  • Communicate the suggested discount schemes within the approved guidelines.
  • Replace the showroom manager with limited authorities “delegated from showroom manager” in case of his absence, vacation, leave etc. (authorities should be written before the delegation).
