We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Service Project Engineer to manage and execute service projects for electrical power systems. The role focuses on delivering high-quality after‑sales service, retrofit, maintenance, and upgrade projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Plan, coordinate, and execute service and retrofit projects for electrical power systems
• 🔹 Act as the technical and project focal point for customers and internal teams
• 🔹 Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and risk
• 🔹 Supervise site activities, subcontractors, and service teams
• 🔹 Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and technical standards
• 🔹 Prepare technical documentation, method statements, and project reports
• 🔹 Support commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• 🔹 Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution

Qualifications & Experience

• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field
• ✅ 5–10 years of experience in service projects within electrical power systems, switchgear, UPS, substations, or power distribution
• ✅ Strong understanding of LV/MV systems, protection relays, and commissioning practices
• ✅ Experience managing site activities and customer-facing projects
• ✅ Solid project coordination and problem-solving skills
• ✅ Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
