Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Jeddah is seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for users and manage installations. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT, with a degree in a relevant field, and must hold ITIL and MCSA certifications. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical support for users.
  • Manage and support the installation of desktop computers and accessories.
  • Assist infrastructure engineers with technical support for networks and infrastructure.
  • Support in preparing audio and visual systems for meeting rooms.
  • Support in preparing and installing networks, infrastructure, desktop computers and accessories.
  • Support in preparing printers and telephone communication devices.
  • Provide all levels support monitoring and managing tickets.
  • Answer IT Service Desk calls and emails, providing solutions and/or escalating requests and problems to designated second level responders.
  • Complete tickets for IT Service Desk inquiries and follow-ups to ensure tickets are updated and acknowledged to the point of verifying completion and closing them out.
  • Limiting the management of IT assets.
Requirements
  • Practical experience in the field of information technology for a period of not less than 3 years.
  • Degrees in the field of computer science, network engineering, IT infrastructure, and technical support.
  • Experience in dealing with assets and devices.
  • ITIL Expert (Must).
  • MCSA Certified (Must).
