Overview

Position: Service Advisor. The Service Advisor is responsible for interfacing with customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and coordinating the repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles to identify service and repair requirements
  • Explain findings and recommended services to customers, providing cost estimates
  • Coordinate the repair process, communicating with technicians and parts personnel
  • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and ensure timely completion of work
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service history
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and materials
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve department efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the commercial vehicle industry
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Arabic and English, both verbal and written
  • Computer literate with experience using service management software
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to test drive vehicles as needed
