Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Manager - Engineering Services with 7-10 years of experience in the design and engineering of GIS and AIS Substation Projects up to 380kV. This critical role involves overseeing project deliverables, ensuring compliance with international standards, and leading technical teams. The ideal candidate must have Gulf experience, preferably with projects in Saudi Arabia, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have Gulf experience; Saudi Arabia project experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design coordination.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Primary Engineering Design for HV/EHV substations.
• Strong understanding of IEC / IEEE / IS standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender documents and project scope.
• Develop conceptual Single Line Diagrams and equipment layouts.
• Perform equipment sizing and quantity take-offs.
• Lead preparation of detailed primary design drawings.
• Collaborate with secondary engineering, civil, and protection teams.
