As the Senior Stakeholder Manager, you will oversee stakeholder engagement for the Roads Program, ensuring that all efforts align with our vision and operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure projects, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain relationships across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies tailored to various stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and project partners involved in the Roads Program.
  • Communication Leadership: Lead the creation of communication materials, including reports and presentations, that articulate the program's progress, impacts, and value to stakeholders.
  • Conflict Management: Identify and mitigate potential conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation techniques, ensuring stakeholder concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track stakeholder engagement activities, measure satisfaction, and report outcomes to senior management, providing insights that guide decision-making.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that stakeholder feedback is integrated into the project planning and execution phases.
  • Training and Development: Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of stakeholder engagement excellence within the Roads Program.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and stakeholder sentiments to inform engagement strategies and align with best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Development, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in stakeholder management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or road development projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government and local communities.
  • Proficient communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven analytical abilities to assess stakeholder needs and feedback effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Experience with project management tools and stakeholder engagement platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
