Qualifications

• 8-10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure and landscaping projects.
• Direct experience with large scale projects (e.g. Qiddiya, Roshn).
• Strong understanding of FIDIC or similar contractual frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Manage and monitor project costs from inception to completion.
• Evaluate and validate contractor claims and variations.
