As Senior Production Manager, you will oversee multi-functional teams to efficiently process poultry products, ensuring high quality standards and meeting internal customer requirements in a state-of-the-art, fully automated facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the overall production process to ensure HACCP principles are applied.
• Motivating, supporting, and directing Team Leaders to meet performance goals.
• Reviewing team performance with Managers and implementing improvements.

To qualify, you should have:

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar Production Management role within a fully automated poultry/food environment.
• Knowledge of ISO9000 quality standards.
• Third-level educational qualification.
• Excellent people management and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
