Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for various departments, including Utilities, IT, Safety, and HR.
  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices to achieve optimal cost and value.
  • Evaluate, select, and obtain approvals for vendors in line with company policies and standards.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide procurement solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in industrial or multi-department environments.
  • Strong experience in full cycle procurement (A to Z).
  • Proven ability to negotiate prices and secure approvals for suppliers.
  • Excellent English language skills (advanced level).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
