Qualifications

• Minimum University Degree in engineering, construction law, finance, or business administration.
• 10-15 years experience in the mining, petrochemical, or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement and contracting for Mega Projects.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and dispute settlement.
• Provide project-specific contracting solutions.
• Lead negotiations for high value contracts.
