We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing agency’s digital, creative, content, and strategy teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, developing breakthrough campaigns, managing client relationships, and ensuring alignment between business goals and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client business goals and brand positioning.
- Lead cross-functional teams across digital, content, and creative to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Digital Marketing & Performance: Guide the digital team in optimizing paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Ensure performance marketing strategies deliver ROI and measurable growth for clients.
- Oversee KPIs, analytics, reporting dashboards, and data-backed insights.
- Creative & Content Direction: Collaborate with the creative team to shape compelling brand stories, visuals, and experiences.
- Approve content strategies for web, social, email, and multimedia campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Client & Team Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, fostering trusted relationships.
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, and campaign timelines.
- Industry Insights & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and consumer behaviors.
- Introduce innovative marketing approaches including automation, personalization, and AI-based solutions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to pitches and new business development efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a senior digital or strategic marketing role within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record managing digital strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, branded content, and data analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
