Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Senior Manager - Land and Property to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive land management system that supports our multi-billion‑dollar giga‑project. This critical role will involve overseeing the systems and processes for managing land assets efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations while enhancing stakeholder collaboration. In this leadership position, you will design and maintain an advanced land management system that facilitates optimal use of resources and accelerates decision‑making processes. Your strategic vision will significantly contribute to the successful realization of Qiddiya's ambitious vision and sustainability objectives, serving as the backbone of our land management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration of the Plot Management System alongside the Land Management System (LMS).
• Oversee system interoperability between LMS, GIS, and external government platforms.
• Manage API development and secure data exchange workflows across departments.
• Supervise maintenance and administration of land information systems and databases.
• Coordinate with IT, GIS, Land Registry, and related teams to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, test, and roll‑out new LMS modules and digital platforms.
• Oversee implementation and operation of the Geoportal and Off‑Plan Sales Registry.
• Develop and enforce system policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and training to system users and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support decision‑making and system improvements.
