Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis and identify trends and gaps in education (e.g., via market sounding)
  • Develop strategic plans to expand and develop education assets
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize Qiddiya's education asset portfolio, aligning with Qiddiya's broader goals and market demand
  • Contribute to operator selection processes for educational assets via market research assessment and internal due diligence
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and modelling of data, contributing to elements such as feasibility assessments, market demand analysis etc.
