Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the planning and execution of staff accommodation projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Lead a team of project managers and support staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Develop and enforce project management best practices to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with staff accommodation projects, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Engage with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Provide regular status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of housing initiatives that align with the company’s goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 9-12 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on staff accommodation projects in GCC.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMI, Agile).
  • Proven experience managing projects in the accommodation or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex project landscapes and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in accommodation settings.
