The Senior Manager, Compensation Business Partner – Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success will design, implement, and manage competitive and effective compensation programs and jobs for the NetApp Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success organization (SMS&CS). This role will involve close collaboration with sales leadership, finance, and HR teams to ensure our job structure and compensation drives the desired sales behaviors and business outcomes. This role will collaborate with the sales incentive team but will not design and manage sales incentive plans such as commission or quota plans.
The target salary range for this position is 171,700 - 255,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
