Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Design system workflows, data models, and functional specifications.
• Conduct system testing, integration, and validation to ensure quality.
• Support system deployment, user training, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Ensure solutions comply with IT security standards and organizational policies.
• Good understanding of government regulations, especially military service laws.
