  • Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Address employee requests and handle government platforms (such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures.
  • Oversee payroll, health insurance, and employee benefits programs.
  • Lead training, development initiatives, and performance management.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
