Responsibilities

• Develop and document activity based costing (ABC) policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain ABC model in Tableau and enhance the dashboard.
• Report key profitability and productivity findings to management teams.
• Assist in developing action plans based on ABC analysis outcomes.
• Monitor revenue and identify cost saving and growth opportunities.
