Job summary

A leading FMCG company in the region is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations for hygiene products in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in FMCG, preferably with experience in the Saudi market and a strong background in building relationships with distributors. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and ability to start within 30 days is preferred. This role involves strategic development and team leadership to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in FMCG hygiene products, specifically diapers or personal care.
  • Proven sales experience in the Saudi market (currently or within the last 3 years).
  • Experience in managing distributor and key account relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and pharmacies.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet performance targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and profitability, preparing reports for management.
