A leading facility management firm is seeking a Facility Manager (Operations & Maintenance) to ensure effective and safe operations across various sites in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering and 8 to 15 years of experience in Facility Management (O&M). Responsibilities include managing maintenance, overseeing compliance with regulations, and supervising teams. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and experience with FM contracts are essential. This position requires the ability to work in remote areas.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years experience in Facility Management (O&M).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations.
• Manage preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and local authority requirements.
• Prepare and control O&M budgets.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and supervisors.

Skills

Strong knowledge of MEP systems

Experience with FM-(O&M) contracts, SLAs, and KPIs

Familiarity with CAFM / CMMS systems

Good communication and client-handling skills

Able to work in Remote Area

Education

Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or Industrial
