Job description
Purpose of Job

Jobholders at this level are experienced professionals capable of conducting work with general directions. They are primarily concerned with developing solutions to challenges which require some analysis to understand and resolve, and addressing issues escalated from junior levels. They undertake complex operational activities including organizing Governor schedule and agenda, developing needed correspondences based on received guidance and responses to queries, finalizing minutes of meetings and ensuring implementation of discussed areas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal and external calls to the Governor’s Office, record messages and transfer calls as per standards
  • Receive, direct and relay fax messages to concerned stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Review and assess received all queries in order to come up with suitable responses in Arabic and English in accordance with the Governor’s directions and instructions ensuring timeliness
  • Communicate protocols with relevant external and internal parties to ensure compliance with national and foreign customs (i.e., welcome etiquette and seating arrangements)
  • List the Governor’s programs, appointments and obligations and accordingly draft a schedule to optimize his time allocation
  • Ensure meeting rooms are available according to the Governor’s schedule and set up the rooms properly to ensure attendees/ clients’ satisfaction and solidify ZATCA’s professional reputation
  • Meet and greet guests, direct them to the appropriate rooms or individuals, and ensure attendance of all required stakeholders in order to inform related entities about any absences or inconveniences
  • Develop a brief description to the Governor on meeting stakeholders’ profiles
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
