Qualifications

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • 2+ years as an Engineering Manager in fintech/e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities

  • Lead large cross-team projects and drive them to production.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap definition.
  • Review feature designs and ensure non-functional requirements are met.
  • Oversee technical debt management and incident handling.
  • Hire, evaluate, and motivate team members.

Job description
What you’ll bring:
  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years working with Golang (ideally)
  • 2+ years as an Engineering Manager at a fast-growing fintech/e-commerce company;
  • Experience building scalable, distributed systems and working with high-load architectures
  • Solid understanding of backend tools and technologies — we use PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and a microservices architecture
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development
  • A passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
Responsibilities:
