Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Design Engineer for projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading electrical engineering design activities within EPC oil & gas and petrochemical projects while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and expertise in HV/MV systems. Strong leadership and communication skills are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of electrical design experience in oil & gas or petrochemical EPC projects.
• Electrical Lead experience on at least two full-cycle Saudi Aramco projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and approve electrical system design including HV / MV / LV power distribution.
• Perform and review power system studies using ETAP or SKM.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco electrical standards.
• Coordinate electrical design with other engineering disciplines.
• Lead and mentor the electrical engineering team.
