You will oversee electrical systems for an iconic new headquarters, ensuring compliance and quality across multiple installations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 12 years of supervisory experience, and is well-versed in Medium and Low Voltage systems. Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision of electrical power, lighting and protection systems.
• Perform inspections of all major installations.
• Perform load / fault calculations and simulate / select or approve distribution solutions.
• Coordinate with IT / communication, AV and ELV consultants for compliance.
• Lead witness testing, commissioning and demonstrations for compliance.
• Review contractor operating and maintenance manuals, warranty management.
• Review all relevant mock ups for approvals.

Project context: New Iconic and Aesthetic Headquarter, a state-of-the-art facility designed for up to 400 staff and 60 business partners, featuring an Innovation Hub, Visitors Centre & Exhibition Spaces, Research & Development Centre, and use of advanced materials, systems, and technologies to achieve Net Zero Carbon (NZC) accreditation and LEED Zero & LEED Platinum certifications.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Prior experience as a Supervision Consultant and a solid background in electrical design.
• Well-versed in Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), Low Current (LC), and ICT systems.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience, minimum two projects from start to handover.
• Proficient in English.
