Join Lenovo as a Senior Customer Fulfillment Logistics Professional! You will report to our Regional FFGL Lead.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full order fulfillment cycle, ensuring accurate entry, timely delivery, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, planning, and inventory teams to secure product availability and dispatch.
- Act as the escalation point for customer delivery issues and exceptions.
- Plan and optimize transportation for domestic and international shipments, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers; negotiate rates and service terms.
- Ensure compliance with shipping documentation, customs regulations, and export/import controls.
- Monitor and report key KPIs (OTIF, lead times, backorder rates) and drive process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and provide strategic insights on logistics trends.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 710 years of experience in logistics, customer fulfillment, or supply chain operations, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record managing carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English and Arabic language necessary; Chinese is a plus.
