About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Consultant to play a pivotal role in advancing our clients' organizational maturity and operational efficiency. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing frameworks that drive institutional excellence, streamline processes, and build robust, scalable organizational structures. This is a key role for someone passionate about translating business vision into actionable, sustainable policies and operational models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements focused on organizational excellence, helping clients achieve higher performance standards and industry best practices.
• Develop, write, and refine comprehensive policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance, clarity, and operational consistency.
• Design and document operational structures, workflows, and organizational hierarchies to optimize efficiency and support strategic growth.
• Analyze existing client processes and implement new operational structures, guiding teams through change management and adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and governance.
• Build and deliver high-quality organizational manuals and documentation.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven, practical experience in organizational development, business process re-engineering, or institutional excellence.
• Core Expertise:
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational structures and governance frameworks.
• Expert-level skill in developing policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, results-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the IT, technology services, or consulting sector.
• Familiarity with quality and excellence models (e.g., EFQM, Baldrige).
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
