This role will involve conducting audits, evaluating revenue processes, and working closely with various departments to mitigate risks associated with revenue generation. The Senior Associate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controls as well as legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and monitors compliance with revenue recognition policies and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Conducts regular audits of revenue processes to identify discrepancies, operational inefficiencies, and areas of compliance risk, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborates with the finance and revenue management teams to enhance compliance frameworks and ensure alignment with financial reporting standards and local regulations.
• Prepares comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for remediation.
• Assists in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for relevant stakeholders across the organization.
• Stays informed on changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance processes remain current and effective.
• Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external auditors, facilitating the timely resolution of any compliance-related inquiries.
• Monitors key compliance metrics and prepares dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and areas requiring immediate attention.

Requirements
