A leading manpower supply company is seeking an experienced sales professional in Saudi Arabia to identify and pursue aftermarket service opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8-12 years of relevant experience, primarily in aftermarket sales for rotating equipment. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will manage key accounts and develop technical proposals while achieving sales targets in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in aftermarket sales for rotating equipment.
• Proven sales record in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Power industries.
• GCC experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for aftermarket services.
• Manage key accounts across the GCC.
• Develop and deliver technical-commercial proposals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
• Provide technical presentations and negotiate contracts.
