Overview

TheSecuritySupervisorisanintegralpartofthefacilitiesmanagementteamandsupportsthesecuritymanagerinoverseeingtheoperationalperformanceoftheserviceproviderwithintheresidentialcompoundtoprovideasafeandsecureenvironment.Theroleundertakesallaspectsofsecurityservices,iscustomerfacingandleadsbyexamplebydeliveringexemplarycustomerservicetointernalandexternalstakeholderstoensurestandardsandreputationsaremaintained.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsibleforimplementingpolicies,proceduresandworkinstructionswithinthesecurityoperationsandinaccordancewiththedefinedcertificationtargetssuchasISO18788and14001.
  • Monitortheserviceprovidersagreedprocessesasreferencedinthecontractandhighlightanydeviationsaspartofthedailylog.
  • Workcloselywiththeserviceprovidertoensurethatworkforcedeployedareinlinewiththeserviceagreementandpatrollingisinharmonywithagreedprocessandcapturedthroughtheguardtoursystemorequivalent.
  • Monitor,report,log,andactioninrespecttoguardsconsistentlybeingequippedwithbatons,whistles,flashlightsandcommunicationequipment(longrangehandheldunits,cellulartelephones).
  • Emergencyproceduresareavailable,understoodandpracticedensuringtheserviceproviderisfullybriefedandawareofallrelatedprocesses.
  • Consistentlyobservethebehaviorofguardsatthemaingatetoensureresidentsandvisitorsguestscanaccessthepropertyandreceivingaseamlesscustomerexperience.
  • Constantlyreviewaccesscontrolsystemstoensuretheyarefunctioningproperly,andservicecontinuityisapplied.
  • Overseethekeycontrolprogrammeandsystemincludingstorage,allocation,distribution,masterkeymanagement,conductingregularaudits,vacantunitinspection,provisionoftrainingetctoensuretheorganisation'sassetsandpersonnelaresafeandsecure,andtenants,visitorsandmanagementhavethenecessaryaccesstosecuredspaces.
  • Ensuremeasureswhichhavebeeninstatedtocontrolthespeedofvehiclesinthecommunitysuchassignage,speedbumpsetc,areeffective,ingoodworkingorderandbeingobservedbyresidents,visitorsandserviceproviders.
  • Prepareparkingviolationnoticesforcarsthatareimproperlyorillegallyparkedandincludeaspartofthedailylogforthetenantrelationsteamtoprocessthefollowingday.
  • Supervisethemanagement,controlandcoordinationalldeliveriestothecompound,includingthoserequitedbyF&Boutletsandoperators,serviceprovidersandresidents.
  • Monitortheuseofthepublicaddressvoice activationsystemensuring announcementsarepre-recorded,translated,relevant,andclear.
  • Overseetheradioandheadsetmanagementensuringcorrectcharging,useprotocol,spares,storing,volumelevelsetc.
  • Encourage,educate,supportguardsinfindingabalancebetweenprovidingprivacyandrespecttoresidents,andbeingcustomerfocused,facingandakeypartofthecustomerjourneyandpositivecompoundexperience.
  • Communicatewithexternalstakeholders,suchaslawenforcementagenciesandemergencyserviceswhererequired.
  • Takesproactivestepstoprovideasafeandsecureenvironmentforallusersofthecommunity.
  • EnsurethatthecontrolroomisalwaysstaffedandreportanyissueswiththemonitoringandrecordingequipmenttotheFMteam.
  • Monitorsecuritysystems,includingcameras,alarms,andaccesscontrolsystems,toensuretheyarefunctioningproperly.
  • Maintainrecordsandpreparereportsofworkactivitiesincludingincident,accidentsandinvestigationandsubmittothesecuritymanagerdaily.
  • Respondtosecurityincidents,suchasbreaches,thefts,orothersecurity-relatedincidents,andtakesappropriateactiontomitigatethesituation.
  • Monitorallreportingandincidents,accidentauthoringincludingsubmissionofthedailylogandcoordinationwithhelpdesk,CAFMetc.collatingkeyinformationfromrelevantdepartmentsallinaccordancewiththeagreedproceduresanddatamanagementpolicies.
  • Ensurethatpaperordigitaltimesheetsandsimilarreportingsystemsaregeneratedandsubmittedasperagreedtimescales.
  • ComplywithOsool'sCodeofConductassetoutwithintheemployeehandbook)andallrelevantbusinessprocesses,proceduresandworkinstructionstooperatewiththeappropriatesafety,qualityandgovernancestandards.
  • Exerciseadutyofcareforyourhealth,safetyandwelfare,andtakeallreasonablestepstoppreventharmorinjurytoothersbyassessingrisksandhazards,implementingsafetymeasures,andtakingappropriateactionwhennecessary.
  • PromoteapositiveHSEandinformationsecuritycultureamongpeers,serviceprovidersandallotherpartiesinteractingwiththeOsoolbrand.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum,holderofbachelor’sdegree.
  • GraduatewithMinimum1YearsofExperience
  • ProfessionalCertificatesCISSP,CISM,CPP,orsimilar.
  • Internationallyrecognisedfirstaid,CPRandAEDcertificate.
  • FluentinverbalandwrittenEnglishandArabic.
