Overview

Security specialist vacancy in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Preserve tidiness and superb appearance within the Front Counter. Project an expert picture in welcoming and offering customers.
  • Impact: Ensure all sales targets are met/exceeded. Guarantee all money and the cash float are managed appropriately. Use SPS system to finish AWBs in line with company criteria.
  • Issue/Refine: Ensure that delivery requirements are satisfied at all times. Maintain appropriate levels of pamphlets and tariffs on display. Exercise sound judgement in conditions of unpredictability.
  • Client/Stakeholder: Ensure the delivery of accurate details to customers and provide advice on shipment approval and carriage. Security screens all deliveries before acceptance. Take necessary action against DGA shipments. Hold consignee collect shipments as suitable.
  • Autonomy: Ensure all equipment is in functioning order (Card, Weighing, Computer). Up-pack disk information from the SPS properly at the end of every day.
  • People Management: Understand the expectations and needs of others and pick up clues to others\' unspoken ideas.
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma or college level.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in customer support.
  • Technical Knowledge/Skills: Excellent computer abilities, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
