Title: Scaffolding Supervisor / Scaffolding & Insulation Supervisor / CSCA09 - Scaffold Erection, Foreman

KBR is looking for a scaffolding & insulation supervisor – responsible for supervising the scaffolding erected by scaffolders, inspecting scaffolds, dismantling, and familiar with a wide range of designs and scaffolding techniques for plant. Responsible for supervision of all insulation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Maintenance supervisor, control and supervise scaffolding activities to ensure that the work scope is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain the inventory of various types of Scaffolding materials, maintain records and inform Scaffolding Foreman accordingly.
• Evaluate man-hours required to install each Scaffolding Activity and ensure that scaffolder meets these constraints.
• Ensure certification of Scaffolds by the HSE department prior to use.
• Develop safe work practice for related to scaffolding. Identify tools, plant and equipment required to complete work scopes.
• Check that insulation work is done in compliance to procedure.
• Ensures that all works are executed to high standards and meet all required HSE standards.
• Proper knowledge about plant Hazard materials.
• Attending the safety & technical training as per the schedule.
• Provide Technical training for scaffolder and other craft member.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
• Strategic management skills.
• An ability to achieve results and working in a multi-cultural environment.
