Job summary

A leading construction company in the Riyadh Region is looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 5-10 years of experience in business development within the Saudi construction industry. The role involves promoting and selling Ready Mix Concrete, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Arabic fluency is mandatory, with a preference for Saudi nationals. This position offers a dynamic work environment in a key industry segment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 years of Saudi Business Development Experience.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Saudi construction industry.
  • Arabic fluency is mandatory; English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Laison with Government and private clients for business development.
  • Promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete products to contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Laison with Government and private clients for business development of Infrastructure Construction Projects.
  • Promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete products to contractors, developers, and construction firms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Requirements:
  • Experience:Minimum 5-10 years of Saudi Business Development Experience:Strong network and understanding of the Saudi construction industry.
  • Any Graduate , Engineering Graduate is Preferred.
  • Nationality:Saudi National is Preferred.
  • Language:Arabic fluency is mandatory; English proficiency preferred.
