Job Description

Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets for rooms, villas, groups, and events.

Source and contract new business from leisure, MICE, corporate, and high‑end travel segments.

Prepare and negotiate rate agreements, packages, and group proposals in line with pricing strategy.

Promote and upsell resort services (F&B, spa, experiences, activities, transportation).

Manage a portfolio of key travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, DMCs, and corporate accounts.

Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and familiarization (FAM) trips.

Maintain excellent relationships with partners to secure repeat and long‑term business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in luxury or upscale resorts

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience in managing key accounts and developing new business

Additional Information

Work Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Working Hours: Flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as business needs dictate.

Travel Requirements: Occasional local or international travel for sales trips, trade shows, and client visits may be required.
