Job Description
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Focus on event and banquet sales to maximize profitability.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop action plans to address sales challenges and achieve goals.
- Event Coordination Support: Collaborate with the events and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Ensure all client requirements for events and banquets are met.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and contracts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.
- Promoting Hotel Services: Actively promote the hotel’s services, packages, and facilities to potential clients. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability. Ensure all agreements align with the hotel's policies and standards.
- Customer Feedback and Improvements: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings. Propose enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.
