Job summary

A leading global provider of supply chain solutions is seeking a Sales Account Manager for their office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in logistics technology or warehouse automation. Candidates should be skilled in generating leads, managing key accounts, and closing complex deals while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Excellent English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. A willingness to travel across the region is necessary.

Qualifications

Our Client is a leading global provider of unified supply chain execution software, employing over 1,000 people at 23 locations worldwide. Seeking to Hire a "SalesAccount Manager/Sales Manager" at their office in Riyadh, SA.

The position reports directly to the GM ME.

A wide range of tasks await your commitment:

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads for the company through targeted outbound sales activities and proactive market engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand EPGs presence across the Middle East, focusing on high‑value clients and long‑term partnerships.
  • Take full ownership of key accounts, from opportunity creation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring strong and lasting relationships with decision‑makers.
  • Lead the qualification of large and complex opportunities and provide strategic direction on solution positioning for WMS (LFS), WCS, TMS/Greenplan, LYDIA Voice, and consulting services.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, consulting, and technical teams to design tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and operational challenges.
  • Oversee proposal creation, tender responses, pricing strategies, and internal approvals to ensure competitive and profitable offerings.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance updates to regional leadership.
  • Represent EPG at high‑level industry events, trade shows, and executive meetingsacross the region.
  • Build strong relationships with senior operational and technical stakeholders, including supply chain directors, operations managers, and IT leadership.
  • Continuously identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
