Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for the company through targeted outbound sales activities and proactive market engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand EPGs presence across the Middle East, focusing on high‑value clients and long‑term partnerships.
- Take full ownership of key accounts, from opportunity creation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring strong and lasting relationships with decision‑makers.
- Lead the qualification of large and complex opportunities and provide strategic direction on solution positioning for WMS (LFS), WCS, TMS/Greenplan, LYDIA Voice, and consulting services.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, consulting, and technical teams to design tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and operational challenges.
- Oversee proposal creation, tender responses, pricing strategies, and internal approvals to ensure competitive and profitable offerings.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance updates to regional leadership.
- Represent EPG at high‑level industry events, trade shows, and executive meetingsacross the region.
- Build strong relationships with senior operational and technical stakeholders, including supply chain directors, operations managers, and IT leadership.
- Continuously identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Your profile includes the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics technology, SaaS, or warehouse automation.
- Strong understanding of warehouse/logistics operations and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience closing complex deals and managing long‑term accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Enjoy collaboration with cross‑functional teams and support junior sales staff.
- Strong English skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across the region when required.
