Overview
Position: Sales Manager in the oil and gas industry, based in KSA. The role involves leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, establishing and maintaining key client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities

- Follow PIPECARE’s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments when required.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to PIPECARE.
- Identify training requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the oil and gas sector; provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, understand their needs, ensure satisfaction with products and services; act as primary contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks; analyze market data to refine sales strategies for a competitive edge.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, especially technical and operations, to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of oil and gas products, services, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity in the oil and gas industry.

- Negotiate and close business deals and maintain knowledge of current market conditions.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Lifting and Carrying: Up to 50 pounds.
