The B2B Sales Manager

The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and industrial partners. Having a proven track record in B2B sales is preferable within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing sector, with strong negotiation, leadership, and client management skills.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in key market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized packaging and printing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
