Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing market strategies, and driving revenue growth in the Eastern Region. The role requires strong experience in the PVC pipes, building materials, or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for PVC pipes in the Eastern Region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, projects, and contractors.
  • Expand the client base in municipal, infrastructure, plumbing, and construction sectors.
Team Leadership
  • Manage, guide, and motivate Sales Executives.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and consultants.
  • Handle major key accounts and high-value sales deals.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Pricing & Negotiation
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market prices and competitor activities.
  • Ensure profitable margins and adherence to company pricing policies.
Sales Reporting
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline status.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of sales experience in PVC pipes / building materials.
  • Strong network in the Eastern Region (contractors, distributors, consultants).
