About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategies to acquire and expand customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. As a key leader in the commercial team, you will build a scalable, efficient, and high-performing sales function that strengthens Lucidya’s market presence and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Define and execute sales strategies, account plans, and market expansion initiatives aligned with Lucidya’s growth objectives.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to deal negotiation and closure.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and team productivity through HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and actionable reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market efforts, drive customer engagement, and maximize opportunities.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship to strengthen team members’ consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, implementing strategies to accelerate growth.
  • Represent the Sales function in cross-functional leadership meetings, contributing to overall business strategy and revenue forecasting.
