Key Responsibilities
  • Develop main sales objectives and operational plans aligned with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
  • Supervise the execution of daily, weekly, and quarterly sales activities ensuring compliance with approved operational strategies.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies that expand the customer base and ensure the company’s strong presence in the market.
  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze sales reports, pricing structures, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily reports and weekly sales plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Analyze market dynamics, emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Design area-based sales plans and recommend changes to sales strategies based on market data and customer insights.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
