We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team to scale Naeem’s impact in the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and acquire new clients , while nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling .
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends , customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales tactics.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients, working closely with customer success teams .
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
- Represent Naeem at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities .
Qualifications & Requirements :
Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech solutions, or beauty & personal care industries.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities .Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a fast-growing market.Experience working with CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.A deep understanding of the Saudi market and beauty industry trends is a plus .
