As a Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding at GAC Saudi Arabia, you'll be key to driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new clients from the Local market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Contribute to achieving targets both in terms of revenue and volume.
  • Follow up on new potential business.
  • Resolve problems through collaboration with inter-department colleagues, partners, and management on issues regarding customers.
  • Monitor the credit limits with clients.
  • Maintain an electronic information database under the GAC system for current customers and prospects.
  • Promote self-development, enhance market and competitor knowledge.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Graduate – University Degree.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in a logistics company or freight forwarding.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills).
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with experience in team support.
  • Good knowledge of customer service and meeting sales goals.
  • Ability to maintain customer relations.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
