We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the food packaging sector. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in packaging sales across FMCG, QSR, HORECA, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets. This role requires strong client relationship management, market development, and negotiation skills to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within FMCG, QSR, HORECA, pharmaceutical, industrial, and other relevant sectors.
- Maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Estimation, Planning, Production, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth order execution and on‑time delivery.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build brand awareness and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry, preferably within the central region.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
- Solid understanding of packaging applications in FMCG, QSR, HORECA, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Arabic (is must) and English.
- Strong negotiation and deal‑closing ability.
- Market research and business developments.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in Office Applications; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑oriented.
