As Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key construction and industrial clients during the execution phase of major projects. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring Hilti’s innovative solutions are effectively integrated into ongoing projects, driving value, efficiency, and long-term customer loyalty.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
